Bolivia is preparing itself for the new working program 2018-2020 by Horizonte 2020
On the 28th and 29th of November in La Paz, Bolivia, there were trainings realized on the Horizonte 2020 program in science and technology of the European Commission.
The Deputy Minister of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Education (VCyT), Jenny Carrasco Arredondo, took part in this event as well as the National Coordinator of Bolivian Contact Points, Mauricio Céspedes.
Other participants were Cristina Gómez Corchete, Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness (MINECO) and National Contact Point for the Marie S.-Curie actions (Spain) and Claudia Romano, Ministry of Education and Culture (MEC) and Coordinator of the Latin-American and Caribbean Network of National Contact Points “Red LAC NCP” (Uruguay).
It brought together representatives of different universities, research centers and business chambers from all over the country thanks to the support of the Deputy Minister of Science and Technology.
It should also be noted that within this frame the NCP worked explicitly on new action plans for 2018.
